Nomadify in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support specialist to act as the primary contact for German customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering timely and professional help.

You will work in a KPI-driven environment, resolve inquiries, document interactions in CRM, and participate in process improvements. Relocation support may be provided; EU work eligibility required.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German fluency (spoken and written).
• Good command of English for internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Open to relocation and on-site work.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support in line with SLAs.
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Document customer interactions clearly in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant internal stakeholders when required.
• Follow internal policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to process optimization and customer experience improvements.
