Formación

• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
• Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal.
• Comfortable working within a diverse corporate setting.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, or live chat.
• Provide professional support during every interaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Conocimientos

Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German

English language skills at a B1 level

Proactive and dependable individual
