Nomadify is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German to join their team in Portugal. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who want to solve problems and gain international experience in a vibrant tech hub.

You will handle customer interactions through multiple channels, ensuring a high level of service. The position offers a salary between 975 € and 1200 € gross per month, alongside training and relocation support.

Qualificações

• Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer requests via phone, email, or live chat.
