Ww Talents in Braga on-site is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative. You will provide professional support across phone, email, and chat, resolving inquiries and issues while maintaining a high standard of service.

The role requires German at C1/C2 and English level B2-C1 for training and internal communication. Relocation support and a performance-based bonus program are included, with a 14-month gross pay structure.

Competenze

• German language proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented, professional and solution-driven mindset.
