Job summary

Hiring International Academy is seeking a German-speaking customer support representative in Lisbon, Portugal, on-site. You will assist German-speaking customers via phone, email and chat, handling inquiries and resolving technical or account issues within an international team.

The role involves rotating shifts in a 24/7 structure, with full training and clear career growth opportunities. Relocation support is provided; candidates should be in Portugal or willing to relocate.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) and English (B2+) required.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and customer focus.
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal or already be in Portugal.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required.
