Qualifications

• German language at C1/C2 level.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 for training and internal communication.
• Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders and account-related requests.
• Handle complaints professionally and provide timely solutions.
• Document interactions accurately using CRM and support systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
