• Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets

• Identify complex cases and escalat them according to internal procedures

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely issue resolution

Candidate Profile

• Native or near-native German (C1–C2)

• Good command of English (B2 or higher)
