WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Athens. You will provide professional support across phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries, orders, and account requests with a focus on customer satisfaction.

On-site role with rotating shifts and relocation assistance, including flight, hotel stay, and real estate help. English skills at B2-C1 are required for training and internal communications.

Join an international team in Athens, Greece, and provide customer support for well-known premium brands while developing your communication and customer service skills and gaining valuable experience in a multicultural working environment.

Work Location: Piraeus, Athens, Greece
Work Model: On-site (Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts; Rotating working hours
Salary: €1,300 gross paid over 14- month + bonuses + Monthly productivity bonuses based on target achievement, with amounts varying by project (up to €240)+full relocation package (4 week hotel accommodation, real estate agency fee, flight ticket,airport pick up)

Your Role

As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide professional customer support, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with general inquiries, product and service information, orders, and account-related requests
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing timely and effective solutions
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records using CRM and customer support systems
• Deliver friendly, professional, and solution-oriented support throughout the customer journey

What We Are Looking For
