Sendcloud is a leading e-commerce shipping platform seeking a Customer Solution Specialist to support DACH merchants. You will handle onboarding questions, shipping escalations, and guide customers across calls, live chat, and tickets from a fully remote setup.

Based in Portugal, you’ll translate technical details into practical steps, build product knowledge across our carrier ecosystem, and collaborate with the Support team to raise service quality.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English and German for customer-facing communication.
• Experience in a B2B support environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle onboarding questions and complex shipping escalations with speed and clarity.
• Manage a multichannel queue across calls, live chat, and tickets.
• Explain technical details in simple terms and guide merchants to resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and feed insights to improve processes.
