Sendcloud is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to serve B2B merchants with onboarding questions and shipping escalations. You will manage inquiries across calls, live chat, and tickets, delivering fast, clear guidance and resolving issues with care.

Based in Vale do Tejo and fully remote from Lisbon region, you will grow expertise across the carrier ecosystem and contribute to process improvements. A strong multichannel mindset and proactive attitude are valued.

Qualificações

• Native Dutch speaker with full professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Vale do Tejo; Lisbon preferred for future hub.
• Strong multitasking across multiple channels and conversations.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfortable with digital tools and quick to learn new platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support merchants across calls, live chat, and tickets—resolve shipping, tracking, returns, and platform issues.
• Explain complex platform features in clear, actionable steps.
• Own your queue with urgency and accountability.
• Identify recurring pain points and escalate with context for fixes.
• Build product knowledge across carrier ecosystem and integrations.
• Collaborate with Support teammates to share knowledge and raise quality.
