The role includes pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products and resolving technical issues with a professional touch. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, has strong communication skills, and can manage multiple tasks

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to high-level clients via chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with the self-serve advertising platform and related tools.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products.
