Batgroup, a Swiss scale-up with an in-house Lisbon hub, is seeking an Operations Team Lead (German-speaking). You will lead a multilingual team on the Swiss market, staying hands-on on the floor, coordinating attendance, scheduling, and coaching agents to deliver Swiss-quality service.

This permanent Portugal contract offers growth, a supportive culture, and the autonomy to identify gaps and streamline processes as the Lisbon hub expands.

Qualificações

• German native or fluent with strong English command.
• 2+ years in Team Lead/Supervisor role in Customer Service, Logistics, Workforce Management, or Operations (BPO or in-house).
• Structured approach to attendance and performance management.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve live dispatching puzzles without rigid scripts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a multilingual team of agents on the German-speaking Swiss-market operations.
• Monitor ticket flows and scheduling to ensure Swiss-quality service and on-time delivery.
• Serve as escalation point for complex cases; coordinate with remote senior management and HR/IT teams.
• Maintain SOPs and knowledge base to keep processes lean as the hub grows.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview, onboard, and train new German-speaking representatives for Lisbon hub.
