Besthire is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a MedTech team in Porto, Portugal. You will support customers with product and account queries via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site work with full training, coaching from a dedicated team lead, and clear career progression. Prior customer service experience is helpful, but full training is provided to grow within the customer experience function.

Qualificações

We're hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a MedTech team in Porto, Portugal.

You'll support customers of a healthcare technology brand with product and account queries.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 10/Sep/26, 20/Aug/26.

5-7 years O2C/AR/Finance ops experience required.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and mandatory self??? ???

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
