Besthire is hiring a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a MedTech team in Porto, Portugal. You will support customers with product and account queries via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-site work with full training, coaching from a dedicated team lead, and clear career progression. Prior customer service experience is helpful, but full training is provided to grow within the customer experience function.

Qualificações

• German-speaking candidates with strong communication skills.
• 5–7 years O2C/AR/Finance ops experience.
• Fluent English for day-to-day work.
• Full training provided.
