Rec Mrc seeks German-speaking Customer Experience professionals to deliver high-quality support from Portugal. You will communicate with customers in German and English across phone, email, and chat channels, handling post-sales questions and inquiries with a focus on accuracy and satisfaction.

The role offers onboarding, training, and the chance to work in an international, performance-driven environment with global brands.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German language skills (C1/C2).
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for service.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly, and personalized support via phone, email and chat.
• Document interactions accurately in internal systems per procedures.
• Contribute to a high-quality customer journey and satisfaction.
• Assist with post-sales queries: tracking, deliveries, warranties, returns, refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying needs and suggesting relevant products.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data confidentiality.
