Huzzle is seeking a high-caliber, German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a well-established leader in outsourced sales acceleration. You will act as the frontline for premium B2B software clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth within the DACH region.

This is a hunter role in a structured, high-performance environment offering long-term career progression toward Account Executive and beyond.

Qualificações

• German native or professional fluency required.
• Recent proven experience in a B2B sales or SDR role within software/SaaS.
• Excellent communication and ability to navigate complex business conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, averaging 50 calls per day to senior decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and secure a minimum of 10 high-quality outbound opportunities per month.
• Manage and maintain a clean Salesforce pipeline, ensuring all activity is logged.
• Research and identify key stakeholders within target B2B software accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and territory strategies.
• Master the company’s proven sales methodologies to meet and exceed KPIs.
