Job summary

WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join our international team. You will engage with business clients and introduce AI-powered advertising solutions while relocating from Porto, Portugal, to Spain.

This full-time, on-site role offers a €30,000 gross base salary plus a €5,175 gross target bonus, relocation support (flight and accommodation), private health insurance, and dedicated sales training to accelerate your career in tech sales.

Qualifications

German: C1 proficiency required.
English: B2 proficiency or higher.
2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or similar.
Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, particularly SEO, PPC, and digital advertising platforms.
Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified leads.
Experience with pre-sales, and lead qualification.
Communication with senior stakeholders and C-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, email campaigns, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.
Assess business requirements and introduce relevant AI-powered digital advertising solutions.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, from initial contact through to negotiation and deal closure.
Work towards individual sales objectives, revenue targets, and performance indicators.
Record and update prospect information and sales progress in CRM systems.
