Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join an international team in Barcelona, supporting a leading AI company. You will focus on acquiring new business through inbound and outbound sales, presenting AI-powered advertising solutions.

Requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years B2B sales experience, and strong CRM/lead-generation skills. Relocation support is provided for flight and accommodation, with a competitive base salary and on-target bonus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience required.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience in pre-sales activities and lead qualification.
• Ability to communicate with senior decision-makers including C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients via cold calling, email outreach, social selling and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals and activity KPIs.
• Maintain CRM records (e.g., Salesforce) of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover.
• Explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
