Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to join its international team in Barcelona, supporting a leading AI company. You will drive new business through inbound and outbound efforts, present AI-powered advertising solutions, and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

The role requires German C1 and English B2, 2–3 years in B2B sales, CRM proficiency, and strong digital marketing knowledge. Relocation support and a competitive on-target bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• German: C1 level.
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and online advertising platforms.
• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential B2B clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and inbound leads.
• Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable AI-powered advertising solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and activity KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and handover.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional solutions.
