Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive new business for AI-powered advertising solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, fluent German (C1) and strong English (B2), plus experience with Salesforce or similar CRMs. Relocation support to Spain is offered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2) required.
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective clients through inbound and outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline by generating new business opportunities.
Understand customer needs and recommend tailored AI advertising solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
