WW Talents in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international AI advertising team on-site. You will engage B2B clients, qualify leads, and guide opportunities from first contact to deal closure while aligning solutions with client needs.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, German C1 and English B2, plus relocation support for moving to Barcelona. Competitive base salary with a performance bonus and training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

2–3 years of professional experience in B2B sales or similar roles.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and AI advertising a plus.
Proven ability to generate qualified leads and manage a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Reach out to potential B2B customers via outbound calls, emails, social selling, and inbound inquiries.
Develop new sales opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
Present AI-powered advertising solutions and assess client needs.
Own the sales process from qualification to negotiation and closure.
Work toward sales targets and track progress in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer success.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
