Besthire in Lisbon is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist on an on-site basis to assist users of a major digital platform with account and product support. You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat, document interactions precisely, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.

English to-day will be used, with strong German language skills a must. No prior customer service experience is required as full training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you grow

We're recruiting German speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Tech account based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You’ll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 17/Sep/26.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and elevate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
