Insulet is seeking a German-speaking Health Advisor to handle incoming telephone and email inquiries from German-speaking customers in the pharma and vision care sectors.

You will inform and advise on pharmaceutical products and medical devices, respond to indications and storage questions, and share product knowledge in a professional and friendly manner.

• Proficient in German and fluent in English (spoken and written).

The role

As a German-speaking Health Advisor, you will be responsible for receiving incoming telephone and e-mail inquiries from B2B customers in one of these two areas: Pharma and Vision Care.

Your responsibilities

• Answer incomingtelephone and email inquiriesfrom German-speaking clients
• Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices
• Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments
• Support and share your product knowledge

Your Profile

• You are proficient in German and fluent in English (oral and written)
• You have good communications skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• You are open-minded and eager to learn
• Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
