Qualificações

• Fluent/ C1 English written and spoken.
• EU Passport or valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts if assigned.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support customers with billing and invoicing inquiries.
