CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring Operations Customer Experts to join an innovative, fast-paced team driving the future of generative AI. You will support both consumer and business users across multiple channels.

The role covers billing, invoicing, account access issues, product guidance, and technical troubleshooting. Training is 15 working days, 40 hours/week on rotating shifts for a 12-month renewable contract with path to permanency after 2 years.

What You Will Do

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will provide top-tier support to both consumer and business users across multiple channels:

• Customer Support:Assist users with billing, invoicing, and account access issues.
• Product Guidance:Guide, support, and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.
• Technical Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve platform issues efficiently to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

• Citizenship:Must hold EU citizenship or a valid European work permit.
• Languages:Advanced / C1-C2 level proficiency in English.
• Passion:Strong interest in new technologies, AI, and helping customers succeed.

What We Offer & Compensation Package

1. Salary & Financial Bonuses

• Base Salary (Without Accommodation):€1,000.00 / month
• Base Salary (With Provided Accommodation):€776.00 / month
• Meal Allowance:€154.00 / month (€7.00 per working day paid via prepaid card)
• Holiday & Christmas Allowances:Paid out in monthly installments (€64.67 – €83.33 each)
• Performance Bonus:Up to €200.00 / month (variable gross productivity bonus)
• Total Estimated Gross Salary:Up to€1,320.67 – €1,520.67+ / month(including bonuses).

• Free Accommodation:Private room in a shared company apartment with all utilities included (electricity, water, internet) + cleaning service twice a week!
• Relocation Support:Complete coverage of travel expenses/flights to Portugal and logistics.
• Annual Flight Home:Free travel expenses to your home country once a year (within Europe).
• Administrative Support:Full legal and administrative help with NIF, Social Security, and local setups.

• Vacation:22 days of paid annual leave + Portuguese public holidays.
