CB Talents in Lisbon is hiring Operations Customer Experts to join an innovative, fast-paced team driving the future of generative AI. You will support both consumer and business users across multiple channels.

The role covers billing, invoicing, account access issues, product guidance, and technical troubleshooting. Training is 15 working days, 40 hours/week on rotating shifts for a 12-month renewable contract with path to permanency after 2 years.

Qualificações

• EU citizenship or valid European work permit.
• Advanced / C1-C2 level proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in new technologies, AI, and helping customers succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide top-tier support to consumer and business users across multiple channels.
• Guide, support, and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.
• Identify and resolve platform issues to deliver high-quality service.
