CB Talents SP seeks a German and English-speaking Customer Support Specialist for an AI project in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is on-site, full-time with rotating shifts, offering relocation support to candidates moving from abroad.

You will train, evaluate, and refine Generative AI model outputs, ensuring German language quality and adherence to guidelines while maintaining high accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native German with strong written skills.
• Solid English ability at B2 level or higher.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating AI outputs.
• Meticulous attention to data quality and guidelines.
• Interest in Generative AI and data annotation platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Assess AI-generated text for accuracy, tone, relevance, safety, and guidelines.
• Review and annotate datasets using specialized platforms.
• Interpret evolving policies to apply quality standards consistently.
• Ensure output readability and German fluency in reviews.
• Collaborate with quality leads to meet daily accuracy goals.
