Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the team through coaching, training, and performance appraisal.
• Supervise daily operations adhering to SLAs with business partners.
• Maintain good relationships with partners and the global functional team.
• Develop and report relevant KPIs for the area of responsibility.
• Ensure timely achievement of KPIs and suggest process improvements.
