Libere Hospitality Group in Portugal is seeking a Hospitality Operations Specialist in Porto to deliver exceptional guest service and ensure smooth property operations across our portfolio.

You will supervise backoffice tasks, handle admin duties, assist guests at check-in, and collaborate with a small team to maintain high standards and a positive guest experience.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.

The great things you will do As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:

Backoffice Area

• Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.
• Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.

Administrative Area

• Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.

Customer Service Area

• Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.
