• Assist customers with reservations, vehicle information, rental agreements, payments, pick-up/return procedures and services.
• Follow policies and guidelines to provide clear, accurate information and timely solutions.
• Record interactions and actions in internal systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
