Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2) for customer interactions.
• 0-1 year of experience in customer service or tech CS.
• Strong communication and client-support skills.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Assist with policy inquiries, coverage details, renewals, and billing questions.
• Explain insurance products, terms, and procedures clearly.
• Guide customers through the claims process and provide information.
• Record interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases per procedures and collaborate with teams.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
