Cross Border Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor for a tech client in Lisbon, Portugal. The role is remote with initial on-site training; relocation support is provided for candidates moving from abroad.

You will help users of a major digital platform with account and product support, answering questions by phone, email and chat, and escalating complex cases as needed. Training is provided and there is a clear path for career progression.

Qualificações

• French language proficiency required.
• Comfortable using English on a day-to-day basis.
