Qualifications

• Fluente/nativo em francês falado e escrito.
• Conhecimento de gestão de atividade (monitorização de desempenho) e das ferramentas usadas pela equipa.
• Boas competências organizacionais, abordagem colaborativa, reatividade e adaptabilidade a mudanças.
• Capacidade de apoiar e orientar membros de equipa no desenvolvimento de competências com uma abordagem pedagógica.
• Conhecimento do mercado de seguros e seus players, clientes e atividades.

Responsibilities

• Contribuir para implementar a estratégia global definida pela gestão superior dentro da sua equipa.
• Ajudar a promover um ambiente de trabalho respeitável e digno para todos os membros da equipa.
• Assegurar supervisão operacional do desempenho das atividades e da produtividade.
• Supervisionar a gestão de recursos humanos em coordenação com o departamento de RH.

Your Future Mission Within the Team

• Contribute to deploying the global strategy set by upper management within your team.
• Help foster a respectful and dignified work environment for all team members.
• Ensure operational oversight of activity performance and productivity.
• Oversee human resource management in coordination with the HR department.

Your Strengths as the New Team Leader

• Fluent/native level of spoken and written French.
• Knowledge of activity management (performance tracking) and assignment tools/applications used by the team.
• Strong organizational skills, collaborative working approach, responsiveness, and adaptability to change.
• Ability to support and guide team members in skill development with a pedagogical approach.
• Knowledge of the insurance market and its main players, clients, and activities (if you don’t have this knowledge yet, don’t worry — you’ll learn with us).
