Job summary

Hiring İnternational is seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our multilingual team in Lisbon, Porto or Braga. On-site or hybrid work options are available, with a flexible start date and a role focused on delivering exceptional support to one of the world's leading brands.

You'll handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, resolve issues with empathy, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

• Native or C2 level French plus B1/B2 level English.
• Strong communication and problem solving abilities.
• Customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
• Able to adapt to a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
