Monaco Stanley is seeking a French-speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads. The role focuses on implementing and integrating web-based products for EMEA clients, with emphasis on excellent client communication and ongoing support.

You will work in a dynamic team, bridging advertisers and internal teams, delivering training and guidance on product usage, and building strong client relations for sustained success.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French with excellent written and verbal communication.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with CMS platforms at UI level (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla).
• Ability to learn new customer service software and adapt to client solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with advertisers, internal sales, and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video conferencing.
• Implement and verify integration of web-based products with clients.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to clients on using these products.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure success.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds client expectations and quality benchmarks.
