Monaco Stanley is seeking a German-speaking Web Product Implementation Specialist for Google Ads. You will communicate with advertisers and internal teams, implement web product integrations, and train clients on using these tools effectively.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in German and proficient in English, have basic HTML/CSS knowledge, and familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, or Joomla. A B2B advertising background is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German with excellent written and verbal skills.
• English proficiency at least B2.
• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms at UI level (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Joomla).
• Experience in a B2B online advertising environment is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate effectively with advertisers, internal sales and service teams via phone, email, chat, and video.
• Implement and verify integration of web-based products with clients.
• Provide guidance, support and training to clients on product usage.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues and demonstrate a commitment to success.
• Deliver customer service that exceeds client expectations and quality benchmarks.
