• Confidence using social media platforms and digital advertising basics.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage advertiser enquiries from first contact through to resolution.
• Provide support for technical issues relating to advertising products.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Engineering and technical specialists to resolve complex cases.
• Keep advertisers informed through regular updates throughout their support journey.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, service quality and productivity standards.

40 hrs p/week rotational betweenMonday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00

The Role

You will help business customers troubleshoot advertising products, resolve technical queries and understand product features. Support is provided through email and chat, with a focus on accurate solutions, clear communication and a positive customer experience.
