Airbus Portugal SA in Coimbra is seeking a Travel & Expenses Customer Support agent to be the main interface for customers. You will communicate across email, phone and ServiceNow, resolving issues and guiding requests with a strong focus on accuracy and service quality.

The role involves handling inquiries in French and English, leveraging IT systems, and collaborating in a multinational environment while contributing to compliant, efficient travel and expenses processes.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus; knowledge of AWS systems is advantageous.
• A customer-centric mindset with ability to handle diverse requests.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with internal customers via email, phone and ServiceNow tickets.
• Serve as the single point of contact for Travel & Expenses queries.
• Diagnose and resolve complex faults and issues for customers.
• Analyze change impacts and approve changes as needed to maintain service integrity.
• Maintain interfaces to linked products, systems and networks.
• Provide tracking, delivery indicators and publish activity/performance reports.
• Ensure systems and configurations are properly controlled.
