Key responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat; assisting with reservations, flight changes, and cancellations; resolving issues while maintaining high service quality; escalating complex cases and collaborating

Qualificações

• French language at C1+ level (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work rotational shifts.
• Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
