CloserHire in Lisbon, Portugal is recruiting French-speaking Customer Support Advisors to join an international team supporting premium consumer products. You will handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, assist with product questions and order inquiries, and deliver a high level of service in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with standard hours 08:00-17:00, offering 14 salaries per year and onboarding/training.

Qualificações

• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and channels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries.
• Handle post-sales requests and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Collaborate with international teams to provide seamless support.
