Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Learning Support Officer (French Speaker) within HR Shared Services. The role is full-time and hybrid, supporting training programs with a focus on client satisfaction and KPI reporting.

English proficiency at B1 is required alongside fluent French and a background in Education or HR. The successful candidate will coordinate scheduling, materials, and communications, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain training records to drive continuous

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field.
• Prior experience in administrative support or strong interest in Learning & Development.
• Fluent in French (mandatory), English level B1 (minimum).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provides comprehensive administrative support for training programs with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Reports on activities and achievement of KPIs.
• Coordinates administrative tasks related to training programs (scheduling, materials, participant communications).
• Collaborates with training managers, internal trainers and trainees to deliver learning programs and meet client expectations.
• Maintains records/databases on training activities and participant progress, using data for continuous improvement and reporting.
