Job summary

CloserHire partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy to onboard a Technical Support Representative for a FinTech platform in Porto, Portugal.

You will provide French-language customer support and English for developers, troubleshoot product issues, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality service while undergoing 2 weeks of office-based training with accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Native / fluent in French (verbal and written).
• Fluent in English (minimum B2).
• Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
• High school degree or equivalent (or higher).
• No prior work experience required, but solid knowledge of MySQL is essential.
• Knack for technology and providing outstanding customer support.
• Ability to attend 2 weeks of office-based training in Porto (accommodation support during training).

Responsibilities

About the role

What you'll do

• Provide technical support in French (for customers) and English (for developers) via chat and voice channels

• Ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Act as a bridge between customers and developers, communicating technical details clearly and effectively

What we're looking for

• Native / fluent in French both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong understanding of MySQL Knowledge / familiarity with Postman will be considered as an advantage
• Available to work in shift rotation – Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM High school degree or equivalent (or higher)

1050.00 € with accomodation

Relocation support
