CloserHire is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit French-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a Car Rental Services project in Porto. You will support customers for one of Europe’s leading car rental brands, assisting them throughout their rental journey — before, during, and after rental.

The role offers on-site work in Porto with a fixed salary of €1,000 per month paid 14 times a year plus a €2,000 signing bonus, along with relocation support.

Competenze

• Native or fluent French (C1-C2) required.
• Good English communication; 1+ year contact centre experience preferred.
• Strong sales orientation and customer service focus.

About the role

In this role, you will support customers for one of Europe’s leading car rental brands, assisting them throughout their rental journey — before, during, and after rental. You will help customers with reservations, inquiries, and post-rental concerns while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent

Salary

€1,000 per month × 14 salaries (gross), plus 2000€ signing bonus

Portuguese contracts pay 14 salaries a year — your normal monthly salary plus a holiday and a Christmas salary. The annual figure is well above monthly × 12, which is worth working out before you compare it to an offer at home.

Relocation support

• Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip). Relocation from inside of Portugal: we don't provide unless the candidates are currently in the accomodation of competitors
