Kats Recruitment is seeking a French-speaking Technical Support Specialist for our Lisbon hub. The role is 100% on-site at a modern corporate office in Lisbon, handling technical issues for French-speaking customers and guiding them through installations, updates, and configurations.

You will learn network infrastructure, OS environments, and internal tools during paid onboarding, with clear paths to Tier 2 Support or IT Management.

Qualificações

• Native or near-native French with professional command of English (B2).
• Strong interest in or familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and basic network setups.
• EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal required.

Responsabilidades

• Technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and OS issues for French-speaking customers.
• Provide step-by-step guidance via phone, live chat, and email for installations, drivers, and configurations.
• Document diagnostics, queries, and solutions in the internal ticketing system; escalate complex issues to Tier 2.
