Qualificações

• Native-level French with strong written and verbal skills.

• SQL knowledge is required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.
• Use SQL knowledge to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
