Boeva Tech in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a French-speaking Tech Support Specialist (Tier 1) to deliver technical assistance for our SaaS platform to French-speaking customers.

The role emphasizes fast issue resolution, SQL data checks, and collaboration with global teams; on-site with occasional client visits. On-site presence in Lisbon supported by a dynamic, multilingual team.

Qualificações

• Native-level French language required.
• English at least B2 for collaboration.
• SQL knowledge required.
• Experience in tech SaaS or financial tech is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Your Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, or phone.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when needed.

• Help users navigate and optimize the platform to its full potential.

• Use your SQL knowledge to perform data checks, basic queries, and troubleshoot system-related issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance support quality and product performance.

• Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction standards.

What Were Looking For

• Native-level French, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Intermediate English (B2 level) for collaboration with global teams.

• SQL knowledge is required.

• Tech-savvy and passionate about SaaS or financial technology.

• Strong analytical thinking and customer-oriented mindset.

• Prior experience in technical support or customer service is a plus.

Compensation & Perks

For Local Candidates: 1,251.84 EUR gross/month

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Temporary, with real potential for renewal and long-term employment

• Trial Period: 1 month

• On-site visits: Required at most once per quarter (1 day during client visits)
