Qualificações

• Advanced spoken and written French and English.
• Experience in Customer Support or similar CS role.
• Experience in managing communities on social platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer queries mainly via written channels and phone.
• Identify needs, assist with features, and introduce new campaigns.
• Maintain relationships on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Log issues, ensure follow-up, and update knowledge bases.
• Escalate questions to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
