Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is hiring a Customer Support Specialist for remote work in Portugal. You will respond to customer inquiries primarily via written channels and phone, guiding users through features and campaigns, and maintaining strong relationships across social platforms.

The role requires fluent French and English, prior CS experience, and proficiency with CRM systems. You will join a diverse, global team offering flexible work and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English required.
• Experience in Customer Support or similar CS role.
• Experience in Social Media management (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Strong customer-management orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers’ queries mainly through written channels and phone in a timely and accurate way.
• Identify customers’ needs and guide them in using features and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships via Social Media platforms.
• Handle customer complaints following Nestlé procedures.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and collect feedback.
• Update internal databases and knowledge base with consumer requests.
• Redirect questions to appropriate teams when necessary.
• Report product issues and feature requests to stakeholders.
