Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a Technical Support Level 1 Specialist to support our European customers with a focus on French and English markets. You will develop deep knowledge of our B2B SaaS platform and provide high-quality technical support via phone, chat and email.

You must have C2-level French and English, 2+ years in a technical or SaaS support role, and be willing to work shifts (9 AM to 6 PM CET). This fully remote role offers equity and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat and email.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot SaaS platform issues.
• Collaborate with Product Development and QA to resolve complex problems.
• Document inquiries, issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Contribute to knowledge base and support documentation.
• Assist with product demos and customer training when needed.
