The role requires native French (C2) and English (B2), strong communication across platforms, and the ability to handle technical inquiries with guidance. This fixed-term contract offers 24/7 shifts and travel perks within a global travel brand.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (C2) with strong written and spoken skills.
• English proficiency at B2 minimum.
• Experience in customer service is advantageous.
• Excellent communication across multiple channels.
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and procedures.
• Ability to handle technical inquiries with guidance.
